DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Novi Smart Home and our parent company North East Electrical Ltd carried out a full design and build package on this bespoke residential property in the heart of Northumberland with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
The client came to us for advice on how to best future proof the new build and was eager to explore smart home possibilities. At the first design meeting it was clear that it was important to get the lighting design correct to showcase the clients large art collection and emphasis was placed on energy efficiency. After a positive experience at Loxone HQ we sat down with the client in Northumberland and designed a Loxone Smart Home which was all centrally controlled and could communicate within other services. Mechanical & Electrical Installation
The electrical design for this bespoke residential project was complex and had to incorporate a long main cable pull up to the property. The following was incorporated within this project.
