Together we plan which smart home features you would like to include in your project.
Install Date - The Wiring
Our NOVI SMART HOME Team come to site and begin the wiring process, we carry out 1st and 2nd fix. The best bit is we can do both; electrical wiring and SMART HOME wiring!
Configure & Commission
We start configuring your new smart home off-site ready just to upload once 2nd fix is complete. The program is designed specifically for your family needs, and links in lighting, heating, multi-room audio, security and anything else you have chosen to include.
Handover Day
SMART HOME COMPLETE! We talk you through all the features and guide you through your smart home system. We train you how to use the APP, set heating schedules, monitor solar PV generation, create new lighting scenes and everything else in between.
Smart Home Review
We let you settle in and enjoy your new NOVI SMART HOME for 1-2 months then we return and discuss any possible needs in more detail to finely tune your home to your exact requirements!!
